1. How long will my order take to arrive?
We custom print every item in-house! Most orders are printed and packed within 1-2 business days. Shipping time depends on your location - you’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way.
2. Can I customise my order?
Absolutely! Add names, ages, slogans, whatever you like. Just pop the details in the customisation box or notes section at checkout. If we need more info, we’ll reach out.
3. What if I made a mistake in my order?
It happens! If you made a typo or need to change something, contact us ASAP. Once we’ve started printing, changes may not be possible - but we’ll do our best to help.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made just for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if there’s ever an issue with your order, let us know and we’ll make it right.
5. Do you offer Afterpay?
Not just yet - but we’re working on it! We know how handy it is, and we’re hoping to have it available soon. In the meantime, standard payment options like credit/debit cards, bank deposit and PayPal are all good to go.
6. I saw a product on your Instagram/Etsy - can I still order it?
We’ve moved to our shiny new website, so if you can’t find something, just message us and we’ll add it for you!
