Processing Times
All items at Bare Print Designs are custom-printed to order. Orders are typically printed, packed, and ready for dispatch or pickup within 24–48 hours. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times
We currently ship within Australia. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions (if available) will apply automatically.

Carrier Services
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or trusted courier partners. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from our Brisbane location. You will receive a text message notification once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this message before arriving to pick up your order. Pickup details and instructions will be provided in the message.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist in lodging a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
