Returns & Refund Policy

At Bare Print Design, all products are custom printed to order. Due to the personalised nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer errors during the ordering process. Please ensure all custom details and size selections are correct before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds or returns for the following reasons:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size chosen by the customer

• Spelling errors, image uploads, or design choices submitted by the customer

As these items are custom-made, they cannot be restocked or resold.

If we have made an error with your order, such as:

• Printing the wrong size

• Using an incorrect design, image, or text

• Sending the wrong item

We will offer a full refund or replacement. We may request the return of the original item before processing the refund or replacement. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us.

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem
